3D-wizard program is the tool for 3D TEM direct problem solution. The package consists of two programs: 3D_TEM_DEMO.exe and TEM_3D_WIZARD_DEMO.exe. First program is simplified tool for direct 3D modeling. It is fast and can be used in 80% of practical situations. At the same time this version do not requires an experience from user. Second program gives to user much more possibilities, however one need to have some experience to work with it. Presented here demo versions give to user possibility to "play" with the programs to see their possibilities Download the manual of the programs and demo versions.
